You really do like to sleep late...........I forget, what time
to you usually go to bed? I think probably early but then I
THINK you read for awhile and maybe a long while?

I don't like fruity teas, I guess I am old fashioned and only
really enjoy good black tea and good Chinese tea. The brand name
of Bigelow means nothing to me as we don't sell that tea over
here....well not that I have seen at any rate. These
fruity/sweet teas are fairly new, the only other teas that I
have ever drank are herbal teas.

I too prefer the herbal teas as opposed to the fruity ones :)
I go to bed around 10pm Linda depending if I get carried away on
here or FB in the evening and depending IF I had a nana nap :) I
DO also read once in bed ... sometimes for ages IF I have a good
book !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last night I just snuggled down in my
warm, cosy bed and just lay there while John was reading ...
until he put out his bedside light ! ! I was just
       soooooooooooooo comfy and snug :)

You always make your bed sound SO COMFORTABLE and I know you
enjoy it. If John stops reading and wants to go to sleep can
you just keep on reading or do you turn off the light? If it
were Larry, he would be able to sleep whether I had the light on
       or not.

Gosh yes, I could read and John would fall asleep easily, it
often happens !!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot sleep IF John is reading
with his light on though !
I actualleh got too hot last night !!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I fell
asleep under the covers maybe and might even have been snoring a
bit !!!!!!!! I got a stuffed up nose and a dry throat .... and
had to get up for some Olbus Oil up my nose .. it did clear
eventually but I was awake for ages :(
I will sleep tonight as I have not had a nana nap today !

I usually know when I have been snoring as my throat and mouth
       are dry.

I get my Cpap machine tomorrow morning and I take the oxygen
back, hopefully that will help my snoring.
