       的殊勝之福》修改

       士提起關於袈裟節
       奉獻卡提那(Kathina)衣&#30340

       在泰國森林比丘的
       傳承,一個寺院必&#38656
       ;有5個比丘或以上&#2229
       1;滿三個月的雨安&#2362
       1;,出雨安居後的第&#199
       68;個月,在居士的請&#27
       714;下才能舉辦供養&#21
       345;提那衣(居士們可&#2
       5552;前請求)。
       而在戒律上,在此&#20043
       ;前或之後的時間&#20063
       ;是無法供養卡提&#37027
       ;衣,只會當是普通&#3495
       2;裟的供養,所以卡&#255
       52;那衣的供養是屬&#263
       77;時節,有限制,需如&#2

       在泰國,有很多大&#24503

       文師父
       在生時為甚麼他每
       年都慈悲地要帶著
       大家來參與袈裟節
       ，也可為大家解開
       為何在袈裟節時總
       是人頭湧湧的疑惑
       。
       於泰國中，有一位
       備受公認修行很好
       的大師父，他叫
       龍布啦
       ，有一本書是關於
       他對佛法之回答，
       叫《龍布啦佛法問
       答》(泰文書名：ห
       ลวงปู่หล้&
       #3634;
       เขมปตฺโต
       ตอบปัญหาธ&
       #3619;รมะ)，於書中&#31
       532;68頁，他提起關於&#
       20379;卡提那衣所作的&#
       21151;德
       -〝…在供卡提那衣&#2001
       3;所之種福，其功&#2450
       3;有八十劫，一劫&#2001
       3;有時有三尊佛，&#2637
       7;時有四尊佛出世&#6530
       7;而我們這劫就有&#2011
       6;尊佛出於世，包&#2532
       4;前三尊佛以及我&#2049
       7;現在的釋迦佛和&#2641
       0;來要到的彌勒佛&#6529
       2;但未來佛的出世&#2637
       1;在未來人界的幾&#3033
       4;萬年後，如此才&#3128

       另一篇也是來自泰
       國一位很有德行的
       大師，書名叫《龍
       坡班所能陀傳》，
       這本是其中一位很
       出色的聖弟子所寫
       ，龍坡班是他的師
       父，泰文書名《ป&
       #3619;ะวัติ
       หลวงพ่อปา&
       #3609;
       โสนนฺโท》&#26044
       ;書中第248頁提到：
       “龍坡班
       供卡提那衣”-說到&#4084
       5;坡班常會奉行的&#1996
       8;件事，他很喜歡&#2604
       4;每年都供卡提那&#3491
       5;的，關於供卡提&#3702
       7;衣的事他每年也&#2637
       1;做，而且每年也&#2637
       1;供卡提那衣給很&#2281
       0;不同寺院...。
       說到在袈裟節奉獻
       卡提那衣，就要說
       其奉獻的功德讓大
       家聽聽，龍坡班每
       次在大家供卡提那
       衣時，他也會作出
       如此的佛法開示，
       我現在以最主要的
       內容為大家說：
       〝於袈裟節奉獻卡
       提那衣的功德，其
       果報會顯現於今生
       與後世，
       今生與後世的意思
       是今生與之後的每
       一世，供迦絺那衣
       的人可以留意觀察
       自己，如果供養超
       過二至三次(意思&#21363
       ;為作為供卡提那&#34915
       ;功德主連續供養&#36942
       ;好幾間寺院)，於&#2998
       3;活事業上會比較&#3891
       8;利，就算是不富&#2637
       7;也好，但其生活&#1997
       8;亦會較順意，會&#3525
       8;得比以前幸運，&#3609
       0;取財富也較容易&#6529
       2;他說這還祇是善&#2698
       9;給予果報的沾邊&#3278
       0;已。
       在袈裟節奉獻卡提
       那衣的功德，可以
       使發願成佛的人也
       能夠圓滿其願。就
       像我們現在這尊佛
       ，在過去世的某一
       生中，是一位很貧
       窮的人(後供養針&#32218
       ;於卡提那衣日中),&#370
       27;時(讀音)
       Phra Ba Tu Mud
       Dtra佛便預言說，這&#20
       491;人於未來會覺悟&#25
       104;佛，佛名為沙門&#30
       655;曇，這就是他發&#39
       000;成佛而有在袈裟&#31
       680;中所作的功德為&#36
       039;糧。
       然後龍坡又接著開
       示說，任何人都好
       ，於佛教中奉獻過
       卡提那衣供養過三
       衣(或其中一衣)，&#2004
       3;後如果證得阿羅&#2845
       0;果，就會有由神&#3689
       0;力而成的袈裟穿&#2231
       2;自己身上，佛陀&#2637
       1;說：〝善來，比&#1999
       2;。〞祇是如此而&#2405
       0;，袈裟三衣就會&#2447
       8;空中而來穿在自&#2404
       9;身上，由於袈裟&#3168
       0;所作功德之力量&#3034
       0;原故。
       而女性，如果是功
       德主或幫忙處理袈
       裟節中的工作，就
       可得到極貴重的裝
       飾物，擁有像(音)
       Visākha
       大護法女居士般的
       裝飾物打扮自己，
       價錢值一億六千萬
       元，很漂亮，這是
       其一。
       其二，已於袈裟節
       奉獻過卡提那衣的
       人，人壽盡後，會
       投生成天人五百世
       ，意思是投生做天
       人擁有天人壽命一
       千歲後，完了一千
       歲的天人壽命後繼
       續投生做天人，如
       此五百次即五百世
       ，其實這很佔便宜
       。如果像子孫們(&#36889
       ;是泰國的習俗，&#24180
       ;紀較大的
       出家人有時會稱自
       己信徒為子孫，而
       信徒則會稱年紀較
       大的出家人為“龍&#22369
       ;”，即尊敬的爸爸&#3156
       1;)可以成為那樣，&#208
       40;部也可以去涅槃&#652
       92;很好，得到五百&#199
       90;做天人之利益。
       做完五百世天人後
       ，來投生人界便成
       為轉輪聖皇，意思
       是指男性，若是女
       性便會成為轉輪聖
       皇的妻子即皇后五
       百世，轉輪聖皇不
       是指普通的皇帝，
       不是裝模作樣有威
       力般的皇帝，轉輪
       聖皇的意思是有能
       力統治全世界，有
       金輪寶，有劍寶，
       有明珠寶，很有威
       力，可以飛，誰也
       不能相比其威力，
       有箭寶。如何使用
       也可像箭神，有大
       威力可以統治全世
       界，真的可以統治
       到全世界，沒有人
       敢相戰；若是轉輪
       聖皇也有主兵寶，
       善於戰鬥；居士寶
       ，善於找財富入國
       庫；象寶，馬寶，
       於戰爭時也很好用
       ；玉女寶是好妻子
       ，冬天時，妻子身
       體溫暖；熱天時，
       妻子的身體會涼快
       而令轉輪聖皇感到
       快樂。就是如此，
       龍坡是如此說的。
       如果做完五百世天
       人後，便來投生做
       五百世轉輪聖皇，
       之後便成為普通的
       皇帝五百世，然後
       再做大富豪五百世
       ，再之後成為富裕
       者五百世，這就是
       他所說，於袈裟節
       中奉獻供養一次卡
       提那衣的功德，可
       以有如此的果報，
       所以每個人都應該
       參與袈裟節奉獻卡
       提那衣，然後在供
       養時，思惟自己正
       在幫助佛教或僧團
       ……」〞

       The Buddha said that one gains great benefit by offering Kathina
       cloth. This is because it is giving up of a sense of self, and
       it’s a harmonious and unifying act. You can all hold onto that
       this life you have been a sponsor of a Kathina. Everyone here.
       Whoever has strong faith and more financial means can support
       more. And those with strong faith, but with less financial means
       support according to your capacity. And this is all for the
       purpose of great Buddhist monument – a chedi that will enshrine
       the Buddha’s relics.

       Question 4) What merit or benefits will the host of Kathina get?
       Than Luang Pu: The host of Kathina will receive the great merit
       because it can only be done once a year, for changing kathina
       robe for the Sangha only happens once a year. Because the Sangha
       can wear new robes, this act will result in Dana-Barami
       (prestige) of becoming a wealthy man in the future, no
       starvation and hardship.

       Anger is a disease
       Anger is like a fatal disease. If we do not know how to destroy
       it, it will destroy us. When a husband quarrels with his spouse,
       it is because both parties are overwhelmed by anger. Sometimes,
       they will smash objects, break the pots and pans and so forth,
       only to spend money to purchase new items after their anger has
       dissolved. And this anger, is the main culprit behind all of
       these. Do you see how evil it is? If we do not know how to
       reduce our anger, then it will continuously harm us. Everytime
       our anger disappears, we will be upset over everything that we
       destroyed, and be disappointed with whatever that's left over.
       That's all because we lost to anger...

       何摧毀它，它便會

       09-06-23 Segment of Lp Boonsong in HK dhamma talk
       The rules about the dhamma are the five precepts.  This precept
       is the refraining part and the dhamma is the practical practice.
       Precepts belong to the refraining part.
       For example, the precept on killing life, for example, we should
       not kill life. This is forbidden, and it will bring bad karma
       and painful consequences.  That's why in this life, we see that
       everyone's appearance is different.
       Some people are born beautiful, some people are born ugly, some
       people are rich and some people are poor in terms of wealth.
       There are various differences.  All kinds of differences come
       from karma, and the karma created by each person in the past is
       different, so there will be different results.
       Some people have done a lot of good karma and a lot of blessings
       in the past, so it is easy to have great wealth in this life.
       So everything has its cause and effect, cause and condition.
       Karma makes all beings different.

       When we recite this request for dhamma verse before the dhamma
       talk, not only we humans can hear it, but also non-human beings
       can hear it and participate in it.
       As a human being, we need a way to anchor our hearts.  Don't
       let this mind follow your afflictions and do things as you want.
       At the beginning, they also paid homage to the Buddha, the
       World Honored One, the Arahant  and the Supreme Enlightenment.
       Human beings, many sentient beings suffer.  And the Buddha
       taught the Buddha's Dharma so that we can get rid of suffering.
       
       All living beings, whether they are human beings or animals,
       suffer from the existence of suffering.  It can even be said
       that humans are sometimes more painful and uncomfortable than
       animals.  ,
       We have to develop faith in the Buddha.  That is, the Buddha
       penetrated the dharmas after he became enlightened and taught it
       so that all living beings can also solve this suffering.
