yo my bro has ipt 4gen so i hues it is compatable but it is new
and im not aloud to do much to it but if you want something i
might be able to do it. but i cand doowngrade it cuss i dont
have the shsh blob...

Try downgrading with sn0wbreeze, usually sn0wbreeze doesn't
require SHSH Blobs

Apparently for new devices you need the SHSH blobs to downgrade.
It's different for older devices.

i found that some apps needed to have ios 5+ so i just changed
the system version file to say 5.1.1 and it twas all good but
others need opengless 2.0 but sometimes you cant trick it to
think that. so try changing 4.2.1 to 5.1.1 or 5.0
this is possible and does work but only in the itunes store....
it adds another tab that give you the option to download things
that have been bought on the account off itunes via icloud even
if you dont have icloud and it doesnt cost to download then
again.

hey can someone do a video on how to change the apps so that
they will run in 4.2.1??? from a higher version?
