       where to from now?
By: Aaron Date: October 9, 2012, 6:43 am

over the last weeks from the final version of Bl4ck0ut 6.0 i
have found this forum to have become more or less extinct... not
much is going on there is only 2 or 3 people posting on this
forum and everyone else seems to have finished up... as soon as
the release was done... so my question is...
Where to from now? it seems to me that this forum has died a
       fast death.

Don't say that at all!! Once BlackR41n answers my email, I have
some really cool plans that I don't want to go into much detail
yet but it includes moving forum software. Once I get the
information from Blackr41n, I will try to create a new forum
with a new domain with new features and unfortunately, we will
have to start from scratch. That is ok but only if the users
(you guys) post as much as you can on the new forum. This forum
might just redirect you to the new one or it might just have a
page where it says that this site is dead and you should go to
the new site. What do you guys think of this plan? What do you
want me to change about the plan if anything. Also the forum
software I want to use is called Xenforo. It is a really good
one and you guys should check it out. I hope it doesn't just die
because that would really suck. We have to at least try to keep
       it going!!

Let's just say this is a little temporary break and wait for
some of the members to return and wait for more awesome stuff to
come out like the new redd00r update which is meant to release
soon and so forth :) The whited00r forums gone pretty dead too
       lol

HAHA the thing is I can't move all the data. I have been looking
for hours on just that and couldn't find anything. I want to,
but can't find a way. WHERE IS BLACKR41N???!?!??!? I am waiting
for him to buy a domain and give me the ftp details of this site
to see what I can actually keep if anything. Thanks to my co-op
program at school, I have been learning all about databases
(SQL) and that will help me keep any data that is compatible. I
will try to remake ACTIVE users like you guys and hopefully I
can even keep all your karma stuff. I can change that whenever I
want anyway and I guess I will just give active users karma xD
       Still waiting...

The forum software costs money but I got it for free. The host
could cost money but I think I got that under control. The
domain is where we have to pay. It isn't that expensive so I
think we are good. For bl4ck0ut-project.com it is about $13 a
year for namecheap where if you use godaddy it is the same
       except per month LOL.

I wouldn't say booming because I have seen better but it is
       doing good. Keep it up!!
