Primal Ultimate?

So a potentially interesting discussion came up in chat today.
About an Ultimate Orb Primal form.

So now I pose y'all the question. What would an Ultimate Primal
be like? What kind of element (or lack thereof) would the
attacks be? What would the tattoos look like? Have fun, and go
crazy.
