Twixmas 2019

Thought I'd start a thread to get the ball rolling.
Any ideas?

We have offered to host the Twixmas event this year - so it will
be in Warwickshire, at the same venue as 2017 - Priors Marston
Village Hall.
The route for the walk is sorted, just got to place caches etc
and fix the date.
It could either be a Twixmas event on Sunday 29th Dec or a
Twinew event on Sunday 5th January. Are there any strong
preferences? Jenny and George.

I have a family member’s birthday on the 29th, so the 5th would
be ideal for me personally.
I say go with the date you - and others - feel most comfortable
with. If that’s the 29th, then that’s okay, if it’s the 5th,
that’s obviously good too :)

The date is set for the Cachewalker 2019 Twixmas event - Sunday
29th December. The hall is booked, but we can't publish it yet
so here is your early notice as Cachewalkers!
Really sorry Griff Grof that it clashes with a family event, but
we couldn't get the hall for the 5th Jan as it had already been
booked for something else. :'(
Looking forward to catching up with friends old and new. Jenny

That is great news, if we manage it right we will try to make it
our 20000th cache, as we have had a history of 1000, 2000 and
several others on a cache walker event. We have 175 caches to
go!
