As far as what's on my bench... That same 3.3 that was on there last week. Hoped to have it buttoned up yesterday, but had some things to take care of on my car. Put in a new thermostat as well, and a royal pain that was. Ate up my saw time... #Post#: 28816-------------------------------------------------- Re: Whats on your bench today By: Chainsawrepair Date: December 5, 2013, 7:51 pm --------------------------------------------------------- [quote author=procarbine2k1 link=topic=1732.msg28813#msg28813 date=1386293623] Kevin, if you run across an extra tank for a 475 or whatever else fits I would be interested. Replaced "pulse pipe grommet", that plastic part the carb mounts to, carb kit and fuel lines. Cleaned the carb mostly...didn't pop the plugs out. Just going to buy a carb and hope that's it at this point. If it's not the carb then it's ignition acting like that...been there before. Frustrated. >:( AND a pile of JUNK! ;D Made a short video of the upcoming projects.... The video is targeted to newbie's not folks like you here btw, so excuse the simplistic stuff. I had two of the bottom end/tank handles, and a top end (two including aftermarket stuff), and came up with the rest after visiting 3 shops, all 3 had used parts for sale at good prices that contributed to this junk pile...of course one in particular had ALL the stuff needed to complete the shopping list....as usual! ;D Want to rehash the "Chicken Chit to Chicken Soup" fun and games we did with the Husky 61's thru 272's that was a lot of fun a few years back..with a chassis where parts are available. And pick through aftermarket options.. I'm leaving the technical & performance builds to the experts.
