I have no idea why this happened, ( ice cutting..) They put a
       new china cylinder without testing.

I tore my 084AV down this morning on my bench, found some scars
on out-port-side of her piston. Cylinder wall seems to show some
signs that has got affected with it either.

I prefer keeping this cylinder in its place after giving it a
shine, to replacing it with some indecent after-market thing,
since the upper part of the ex-port looks not very bad.
Appreciate your advice if you have a good idea.

It will work, but use a bit extra oil in the mix for this saw
and with a new piston you will have lots of saw fun my friend

Thanks Saul, will try in that line. Will see the crank seals,
hope they can do their job.

A friend was kind to tell me an after market dealer named
Sawagin.com, and also I see another seller on eBay, each of who
seems to do business in Germany showing a lot of inventory on
the net. Can you tell the price and quality of them? For
instance a pair of rings, in comparison to the genuine products.
I am just wanting to know if there is a big difference between
these copy things and the original.

The cross top end isn't too bad. One builder in the northeast
sent a cylinder to them to pattern. I think yours woukd clean up
       just fine though.
