Nice! That's a good looking saw!
And a 66SV without a chunk broken out of the bottom of the rear
handle. Don't see that very often.

Are you serious? Dealer leftover or what? Get it for $100 and
       I'll pay ya $200 for it. 8)
       Seriously though........................................that's a
big ticket saw. Only one Homelite model that I know of would
maybe command a higher collector price (in like condition).
That'd be the 770GS "Stick Shift". As far as non-Homelite big
ticket saws to compare against....................well that
3100G (as an NOS saw) would be comparable to an NOS Sachs Dolmar
166 and not too far from an NOS McCulloch BP1, Comet Diesel,
Sachs Dolmar KMS-4 Wankle, or Solo 611 Twin.
Collector saw 'values' are hard to peg...................but a
REAL New Old Stock (never fueled/fired) Homelite 3100G without
any corrosion or any other issues would probably clear a grand
on feebay..........maybe significantly more depending on the
bidders. Of course..............ANY flaws would drastically
affect the value. Does the seller have the box? You MUST get
       this saw and post pics.

If you get any of them, and intend to sell... keep me in mind. I
would love just to see pictures of his collection. Love the
older Homelites, any old American iron for that matter...
