Everything was going good until I removed the reed box. All the reeds are bent. Does anybody know where I could find a good used box? Or maybe drill out the rivets and replace the reeds. #Post#: 32440-------------------------------------------------- Re: Zip reed valves By: Al Smith Date: January 21, 2014, 9:55 pm --------------------------------------------------------- I think it's "custom saw parts" or something like that on flea bay .Bryce out in Washington state . Probabley has a warehouse full of parts to fit just about anything.Scott in Vermont ,"Chainsawr " could have a set of reeds too . For that matter I've made reeds using steel shim stock . #Post#: 32465-------------------------------------------------- Re: Zip reed valves By: ed 46 Date: January 22, 2014, 9:16 am --------------------------------------------------------- Thanks Al. I'll call Bryce and see what He's got. Chainsawr had one but it's already gone. I might try that steel shim stock if I can't come up with anything. #Post#: 32509-------------------------------------------------- Re: Zip reed valves By: ed 46 Date: January 22, 2014, 4:33 pm --------------------------------------------------------- I've got a reed box on the way. Bryce had it, thanks Al. *****************************************************
