One of my favorite all time saws. #Post#: 33577-------------------------------------------------- Re: Partner 5000 plus PHO weight By: SawTroll Date: February 6, 2014, 8:44 am --------------------------------------------------------- Nice - no real surprice there. :) Now it would be interesting to compare it to a P5500 and/or PP325.... #Post#: 33610-------------------------------------------------- Re: Partner 5000 plus PHO weight By: Cut4fun Date: February 6, 2014, 2:13 pm ---------------------------------------------------------
Niko I never weighed any of my poulan pro 325 saws. They felt just like the partner 5000 saws in my hands. Did find this info that puts it in that area of PHO weight and what they sold for new. So they were only sold 3 years? 325 Engine Make: Engine Size Cubic Centimeters: Engine Size Cubic Inches: Dry Weight: Bar Oiler Type: Bar Length: 325 Engine Make: Engine Size Cubic Centimeters: Engine Size Cubic Inches: Dry Weight: Bar Oiler Type: Bar Length: 325 Engine Make: Engine Size Cubic Centimeters: Engine Size Cubic Inches: Dry Weight: Bar Oiler Type: Bar Length:
#Post#: 33634-------------------------------------------------- Re: Partner 5000 plus PHO weight By: SawTroll Date: February 7, 2014, 6:11 am ---------------------------------------------------------
Thanks, that makes sense! The main reason I asked is that the only specs I have seen for the P5500 show a weight of about 12.1 lbs (5.5 kg really). I don't know how long those saws were made, in either color. Btw, 1988 - 1990 indicates they all were made at the Husky factory.
