If you knew the size of the seal, you could get one at the local
       bearing supply business?
       Seal pocket size?
       Crankshaft size?

Looking at that seal a drywall screw and pliers to pull screw
       redneck method would work.

thanks for all but what is the redneck method?
do I have to drill and screw the drywall screw into the seal and
use pliers to remove it pulling the screw?

I use small now to poke hole screw in drywall screw and then
jerk out with pliers. Can be tough at times and need to pull
several times, some do pop right out. Some times might need to
       make 2nd hole.
Yep all above equals Redneck Method IMO.
