I have 2 of these to weld and this is the first one. It is made of aluminum. #Post#: 38814-------------------------------------------------- Re: Broken hand bar on a 5200 By: Chainsawrepair Date: April 19, 2014, 7:31 pm --------------------------------------------------------- 8) 8) I had a broken handle on a partner 5000. Long before I had stashes of them saved back. Another member here (before this site was started 07) echo nut from Ohio hooked me up. He is a welder by trade and does some nice work too. I'll dig pics up if I can. #Post#: 38815-------------------------------------------------- Re: Broken hand bar on a 5200 By: 3000 FPS Date: April 19, 2014, 7:34 pm --------------------------------------------------------- [quote author=Cut4fun_ link=topic=3439.msg38814#msg38814 date=1397953883] 8) 8) I had a broken handle on a partner 5000. I do not think that there is a part on a chainsaw that sooner or later does not get broken. #Post#: 39437-------------------------------------------------- Re: Broken hand bar on a 5200 By: 3000 FPS Date: April 29, 2014, 2:03 pm --------------------------------------------------------- I had two of these bars to fix so here is the other one. It was broken at both ends. Also it fits a Poulan 5200. #Post#: 39450-------------------------------------------------- Re: Broken hand bar on a 5200 By: Chainsawrepair Date: April 29, 2014, 6:51 pm --------------------------------------------------------- Nice work Roger. *****************************************************
