Pioneer Partner 500 - what year was it manufactured?

Good morning all,
This is my first post, so I apologize if this is not the correct
place to ask my question.
I recently received a free Pioneer Partner 500 saw that was
thrown in with a 1987 Cub Cadet 1812 mower I recently purchased.
It didn't run at first but after a good carb cleaning and new
plug the thing fired right up and runs like a champ!
It seems there were two versions manufactured and some parts
vary based on what little information I'm finding. One was made
in 1983 and the other in 1990?
The tag reads as follows:
Partner 500
Serial number: 5442468
Electrolux Motor AB
SWEDEN
Man, I sure love this saw as it starts, runs and cuts great. The
only parts I had to replace was the trigger lock, pull start
handle and cord. I thought it was the 1983 model, but the start
handle I bought based on manufacture part number is squared at
the bottom instead of round like the one that was originally on
it and retracted into the hole. Other than that everything is in
great shape.
Just trying to get a little more information so that I purchase
the right parts when needed.

If it is read like a husky tag maybe 1985 ?

Yep, thats my saw! What was confusing is the attached 1990 ipl
has some different part numbers than the 1983 ipl thats too
large to attach. Mine does NOT say formula on the cover, so its
got to be the one in the link you sent.

I had a partner forumla 500. It was the later newer 45mm open
port with the new added parts. Thread in partner board.
