Stihl 036 Pro

Found a Stihl 036 Pro at an auction Saturday hiding under a bad
coat of spray paint. I'm going to fix this up for my nephew.
Does anyone have the IPL and Manual for this, please?
BTW, I saw where someone was doing tag restorations. But, that
was a couple of years ago. The tags on this are in terrible
shape. Does he still do that?
