*try to listen but keeps thinking about Jackson, when it's
finished I go to the bathroom at the last minute like Jackson
taught me, go back and get in bed, looks at door as if Jackson
will come in*

Jacksons not here he won't be here for awhile. This is time for
you to get into a different routine for sleep. I'm sorry that
you have to adjust to this but this will be your routine from
now on atleast til Jackson is back. I will do what I call the 3
Bs bath book bed. That means every night you will take a bath we
will get your pjs on we will read a book and you will go to bed
the music will help
