because If I let him come back and you still feel like that
Jackson is going to still control you because he knows that he
can. That's not his job. I have adopted you and you are my child

Yes you are his sister. And when he comes back he will be in a
position to help you learn to do things and encourage you to do
stuff. He won't be hurting you anymore or saying mean things to
you.
