I've never seen a guy punch block as good as he does.
Steen will have to basically wait for Lane to retire so that
Becton can move RT and he can take the RG spot.

Long arms seem to be more important than nimble feet, especially
inside.
Steen's one weakness is his short arms, he's not able to lock up
defenders the way Becton can.
