       Good find! Making a bit more sense and this kid was very likely
       a sleeper cell, that was targeted by Biden's comment. And it
       could explain why they let him get close and maybe take the
       shots or look like he was going to and they took him out early
       before anyone could question him.
       BlackRock is just like Vangaard and both are owned by the same
       people. they are the super rich that are richer than those that
       are said to be the super rich in this world.
       BlackRock among owning stock in virtually every company there is
       out there in the world, is also highly connected to the CIA. and
       other military industrial complex companies. I believe they are
       still a a bit beneath the Vangaard company. At least in terms of
       getting their hands dirty with those that do the deeds.
