       Missed opportunity

The Republican party had (and has) a lot of monumentum going
into tonight. Trump really had a chance to win over some people
or at least change some minds about him but think that was a dud
of a speech. I really thought he was to deliver a speech wanting
people on the fence to run thru a wall for him. But that was a
typical, long, rambling speech. The Democrats have to feel like
they were tossed a life line tonight.

He already had you. He could have wrapped it up tonight with a
       great speech. It wasn't that.

And what should he have said? Was it too long, yes. Maybe
because getting shot distracts a little? It was a typical
speech but I don't know what he could have said to get the
people you say he should have targeted.

       i dont know...but i expected more of rallying/energetic type
speech meant to grab those undecided voters after what has been
a lot of momentum gained. it was a looooong, slow, boring,
rambling speech that ended up just like most of his others. some
people are great public speakers, vivek looked right into the
camera, energy, trying to grab people. dana white, same thing.
trump, just doesnt have that same type of ability when reading a
speech. i think he had the chance to come close to sealing the
election last night, he wasnt able to pull that off.

the republicans had a very strong convention, coupled with their
positive news stories, there was a real chance to take that ball
       and run.
it was an inning ending bases loaded double play after scoring 2
       runs to start the inning.

Musk is donating 45 million a month to support the pro Trump
pac. It should be in the bag and Musk isn't the only mega donor
funding The Trump to the White House again and other republicans
that supports Trump! Who cares about a Trump speech anyway? Sane
people cares what he can do as compared to what Biden has done!
