       HCW Standard Board Rules

       Don't register more then one account
       Don't register with an obscene/Vulgar/bigoted user name
       Don't register with an advertisement user name
       Don't register with a spoof or concealed IP
       If a IP/computer is shared then let mods/admins know about
       it.
       If a member is banned then all related IP's will also be
       banned, and all in game characters released and available to
       anyone that wants them.
       POSTING RULES
       Don't plagiarize.
       Don't post spoilers in threads.  You can start spoiler
       threads for the topic of your choice, but you must mark the
       heading with (Spoilers) Failure to do this will see your thread
       deleted. (See definitions below.)
       Don't Spam (1) Advertising site/product (2) Message Flooding
       (3)Taking threads off-topic
       Don't post bigoted / Ignorant comments / images about
       religion, gender, race, and or sexual preference (This includes
       links to such)
       Don't start a thread announcing your arrival. (use Welcome
       thread in Feedback)
       Do not ask for Pay Per View streams on the boards, or even
       PM
       Search before you post a thread topic.
       Clearly title thread topics.
       PICTURES/VIDEO RULES (INCLUDES LINKS)
       No Nudity/ See through or p0rnographic material (includes
       links to such)
       No gory/gruesome or other gross images/ Videos & links
       Signatures: (1) NO using Signatures to flame, flame bait,
       promote hatred and or slander HCW (2) Members have 240,000
       pixels to work with in a sig. With the 240,000 pixels it can
       NEITHER exceed 800 pixels in width NOR exceed 300 pixels in
       height.
       MEMBERS TO HCW-STAFF RULES
       Don't publicly argue w/Staff about the rules. (Use the
       feedback thread for concerns)
       Don't publicly argue with staff about bans/warnings.
       (private Message mods/admins)
       Don't abuse the "report a post" Option. Use it only if it's
       for a legit infraction.
       Don't complain about threads unless there's an infraction

       MEMBERS TO OTHER MEMBERS RULES
       Don't harass/Annoy other members anywhere on HCW.
       Don't flame, flame-bait or retaliate a flame anywhere on
       HCW.
       Don't post bigoted comments/Images towards other members
       concerning their religion, gender, race, & or sexual preference
       Don't Reveal private/ personal information about other
       member(s) without their permission.
       MISC Things
       We do not have an Free for All area at this time. For the
       moment, I think we can survive without a cesspool.
       Spoilers are documented results to an event or happening
       before it's been released to the general public. Rumours are
       stories or statement in general circulation without confirmation
