Are you creative? If the answer is yes then why not come along and take part in a range of free activities for our Wellbeing Morning. Join us on a walk around Hinckley town centre starting at 10am which will culminate in an art workshop back at the library until 1pm. Also taking place between 10am and 1pm are relaxation taster sessions run by hypnotherapist Ivan Lawrence and Indian Head massage and Hand massage sessions courtesy of Liz Seal. All activities, including the art walk are free but must be booked in advance. We will also be joined by various health and mental health agencies that will be on hand for advice, plus our very own book advice doctor will be here for tips on what to read next! #Post#: 234-------------------------------------------------- Re: 21/5/13 Wellbeing Morning - Hinckley Library By: admin Date: May 12, 2013, 3:29 pm --------------------------------------------------------- who do you need to contact to book? #Post#: 236-------------------------------------------------- Re: 21/5/13 Wellbeing Morning - Hinckley Library By: Angie Date: May 12, 2013, 3:39 pm --------------------------------------------------------- Sarah I would ask at the library for more details. #Post#: 238-------------------------------------------------- Re: 21/5/13 Wellbeing Morning - Hinckley Library By: InbalB Date: May 13, 2013, 9:39 am --------------------------------------------------------- Yes get in touch with the library directly, they are looking for more people to go on the walk and art class, that I do know. *****************************************************
