       icing station help

       picked up a Lionel icing station at a train show and
       unfortunately did not take it to the test station. I can hear
       the motor spin but the square slot  it is supposed to drive is
       not turning .. not sure how to open the unit as there are no
       screws, Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
