At the time, I had some problems setting it up with the Trainmaster remote control. I contacted Lionel and received a set of "corrected" instructions for setting it up. Now these instructions are "lost" in an old computer. I've got the loco up and running, but some of the controls on the trainmaster remote do not work properly (specifically the volume control). This is my only Trainmaster controlled unit and as such is Engine #1. I have checked and followed the instructions in the on-line manual. MY QUESTION: Does anyone know the correct instructions for setting this loco up which are different from those in the manual?? Thanks, tlcmd #Post#: 1218-------------------------------------------------- Re: How to set up the Torpedo 238 locomotive By: chessie41 Date: December 21, 2015, 3:27 pm --------------------------------------------------------- INSTRUCTIONS TO RESTORE TMCC FUNCTIONS (R2LC/LCRU 2 CIRCUIT BOARDS) RESTORE SOUND / LIGHT/ MOTION / SMOKE OPERATION In the course of normal operation, static electricity or an electrical “spike” can cause a loss of function.
