       4508 0-8-0 stripping gears

       Several motors later I'm getting pretty disgusted with this
       engine.  The museum has 5 of these engines and all of them are
       stripping their worm or main drive gear.  Lionel has a rubber
       pad between the motor and motor mount so assuming that is to
       align the worm to the main drive gear but it's obvious this
       doesn't work.  I've noticed the motor mount isn't flat so I took
       a file and filed it flat but this didn't work.  Any help would
       be appreciated.  Thanks.
