       People with MS are sometimes misdiagnosed as psychotic, and
       sometimes (rarely) MS includes one of the dementias--and
       antipsychotic drugs are often prescribed even before a diagnosis
       could possibly be established with any certainty. Antipsychotic
       drugs can have severe side effects, some permanent.
