[/quote] Straight onto bare copper, allowed to get dry enough to handle and then baked in the BBQ (lid down) for an hour or so at 100C, allowed to cool and baked again. Thanks [/quote] My Holden paperwork recommends assembling unpainted, then testing and adjusting, then strip down and paint. Mine is staying unpainted.
