       Custom Built Boiler Restoration with Super Heater and Unique Bur

       I bought this Boiler on a bidding site we well know. It looked
       like a Stuart 500 series, but it’s not. It is custom built, and
       very well designed. It utilizes a burner that I’m testing
       tomorrow. It looks to me like a jet-less burner. The maker must
       have built it similar to a BBQ grill burner regulated by a
       valve.

       After disassembly and cleaning I have the parts laid out. I will
       use a Dremel tool with a brass brush attachment to finish
       polishing the pipe fittings. I think this boiler was designed
       like an industrial boiler and scaled down. It has 3/4 water
       circulation tubes in the fire core tube.
