"My Side of the Story" - Little Mermaid Children's Boo

This book is meant to show the two sides of the Little Mermaid.
One POV is from a "nicer" version of Ursula's, using a lot of
silly image gags. The other side is Ariel's, and it's the
standard story from the movie.

So in this story, Ursula is supposed to be a nice one who
actually was King Tritons former lover and still has the hots
for him. All the things that happened in the movie were by a
person named, "Bad Ursula". The explanation seems cop outish,
but this is for kids I guess.

Flotsam and Jetsam as detectives always made me think of them
speaking in a stereotypical cop accent with those scary voices
of theirs. It amused me.

I do not get the cooky eyes, especially since she hasn't struck

I already have one, and these images have already been hosted.
They're probably just too big. I'll have to break this down to
smaller posts. If not then I'll shrink them and use photobucket.

It's very interesting to note the exaggeration the artist uses
with Ursula's side of the story. She's always in some really
stretchy position on the page showing that the artist was having
a lot of fun just drawing her. As for the charts. It's a very
out of place gag, and just makes me say, "meh".

This Ursula is supposed to be a nicer one so this image just

One of three shots of Vanessa from this book. Lame. This is also
the only closeup that doesn't have Vanessa being attacked. At
least it's a good shot and pretty funny. The calender just puts
me in stitches.

Ok, the pink slip gag never fails to have me dying in my seat.
It's the stupidest pun ever known to man but it's absolutely
hilarious from a visual perspective.

This is actually a very intimidating shot right here. The
perspective, the shades, and the evil grin on Ursula's face just
makes this pic all the more frightening to look at.
