SNC Weekend Blitz 8.25.2012

Well, Janet is tied up today. So let me get this party started.
Janet seemed a little "distressed" when she could not get hold
of me today. So in honor of her distress, let's do that for our
Blitz. And let's make it MESSY.
Please use a WET distress method on some papers on your layout.
A Cherry On Top has a little readable tutorial on wet
distressing, but there are plenty of other ways to do it online.

In my example: I wet a 12 x 12 piece of kraft, crumpled it up,
flattened it back out and dried it. I love the dimensional look
the kraft gave it in the end. ( I am getting my photo, but
wanted to post quickly. so i will return with it.)

so apparently I forgot to photograph the layout I did yesterday
using this technique and i took it to work already for a sample.
I will post my photo tomorrow afternoon.

you don't have to ink if you don't want to. I did not on my

I can see it!!!!!!!! Love your sample!
And my distressed wasn't about you! LOL!!! It was about
getting out of the house on time, and I didn't think I was going
to make it!

Here is mine! I put water on the paper then blue glimmer mist
and tucked it under the waves to give it texture ;D
