it rained and blew hard during the night, not so bad right now,
but very gloomy. schools are in session. I'm cutting out a
quilt for a great niece that was born in July. first
granddaughter for DH's sister - I'm sure she will be a princess,
either that or a tomboy. LOL

Good morning, It's still raining and very windy here. School
has been cancelled and all government workers are home today.
I'm glad there is a lot of flooding so If my doctors office
cancels then I'll be home again all day, not worth being on the
streets like this.

Raining here in Maryland/Delaware too. It actually waited until
I pulled in the parking lot at work before giving us a downpour!

Hoping that Isaac doesn't cause too much trouble for New
Orleans, that's all they talked about on the news this
morning....

it did not seem as though my family could win with this one.
Folks in St Pete. Sis just north of New Orleans. Everyone is
either rained in today or preparing. Weather looks nice and
sunny here. Working a short shift today (4 hours). Then back
home. We found out our frame up date for the new house, Oct
18th. so before then they will pour the slab, do the plumbing
and such. Then on Oct 18th the house will get tall!!! So
excited!!!!

Rained all day yesterday. Fog this morning and now we have
sunshine.
Still trying to get back in the swing of things. First couple
of days of home school was rough. Max starts pre-school
tomorrow. I start teaching today.
I'm sad to say that my time on the site might be very limited
due to school. I'm soo sorry!

Good afternoon I am looking out a sunny day at the lake. I had a
busy fun weekend spend sometime at DD and then a freinds house
in Roanoak she makes these awesome cupcakes and sent some home
with me chocolate peanut butter yumm yummmm.Today I am going run
to library when my DH gets home then I have some pages need to
finish then work on my challenge for the first.....Have a good
one
