Thursday....almost there.

Morning!!! Have a lot of candy leftover. Didn't have a lot of
kidlets come. Did get 2 pages scrapped while having one eye on
the door. The costumes were really adorable on some. Got up
early and now I'm tired. I see a nap coming on in my future.

good morning........we had a LOT of kids; went through 6 bags of
candy, then turned the lights off.
cleaned the kitchen floor.
we're off to school in a bit to watch the "book character
parade" a little chilly, so most with have jackets on; but
still makes a fun morning for the school.
need to make an Anniversary card for DD & SIL and plan something
for dinner. nothing else going on here.

I'm up ... and ready to get out for a bit, I have a few errands
to run, hoping that today the things we wanted to get done
yesterday but couldn't because of power outages and office
closings, will get done today. We're also hoping to stop in at
the mall, I'm looking for some Fall/Winter type shirts, some
dressy, some casual as I found nothing that fit in my closet.
Not sure what else is on the agenda, I guess we'll see. I
wasn't going to give out candy last night, but found a bag of
kit cats and decided to turn the light on for a bit, hoping that
it would be all the little ones. I only had 9 kids come by, the
oldest probably 13 years old, but everyone was polite and looked
adorable. I shut the light off at 7:15, the street was empty
and there was only one other light still on up my street, so I
figured it was time.
Hope you're all well and enjoying a little leftover candy.

Good morning I am going to do the recipe challenge I forgot to
do it last night. My DH and I are going to the library. I am
going to try and finish the scrap that tune....Have a great day.

At work now, is it 5 o'clock yet? lol
Have to do some more cleanup in the yard after work today, did
an hour last night before it was too dark to do any more. Won't
be long before we set the clocks back and it'll be dark when get
home.
No one came to the door last night, someone told me later the
county changed TorT to Friday night. We will see if I get
anyone.....

Zero trick-or-treaters here...I am so not used to that I kind of
didn't know what to do with myself.
One of the moms had volunteered to take a group of kids around,
so Gracie went with the other 2kids and some of their friends.
She had a good time, everyone did. but this morning she tells me
"mom, it wasn't the same without you being with me...or having
my cousins with me and Brendan" :'( *sigh*
ANYWAY - trying to get my technology in line to post my
challenges WOOHOO
