SNC Weekend Blitz --> 3-23-12

Hey all!!!
Can you believe another weekend is upon us?!? I can't. Sheesh
time is flying.
So...time for some weekend inspiration. And well...I've decided
to shake it up a bit today. We have tons of inspiration on the
board already: the challenges from the 15th, the blitz from
last weekend (a sketch and a lift), the hump day challenge, and
the sketch I posted on Thursday. I decided we didn't need
another sketch.
So my challenge for you this weekend is to grab something from
the above (basically anything that is already posted) AND add a
mosaic embellie to it. Here is how Mr. Holtz does it -->

I'm just challenging you to make your own embellie. Have a
basic shape for the base, rip up little papers from your scrap
stash, and viola a mosaic embellie. Add glossy accents, use
chipboard, go bright, go grunge, whatever.

ok I am confused. I like the technique challenge - but I am
confused by:

Does that mean put it on a completed layout?
Or use it on a SNC challenge?

I'm hoping hoping hoping to be scrapping sunday.
I have to work 830-5 tomorrow. (ON A SATURDAY????)
but the stuff @the "old" place is done. the
cleaning...blahblahblah
I still have some stuff to do here as well, but I believe I've
gotten enough under control to be able to scrap. (RIGHT????)
like the mosaic idea - - i like the glossy "stuff" that I have
as long as I can find it ;)
