Tomorrow we are expecting 5 or more inches of snow, YUCK ... so I have to get some cash to pay my neighbor when he clears the snow for me. Wishing this cold weather would go away quickly ... but I fear we have a few more months of it to come. Hope you are all well and enjoying these last few days of December. #Post#: 19617-------------------------------------------------- Re: TGIF By: favorite grandma Date: December 28, 2012, 4:05 pm --------------------------------------------------------- good evening.......checking in to see how everyone is doing. I've been laid up with severe headaches - from the fall I had in November. finally went to the Dr., had a CT and am now on medication for the pain. I told the kids if they wanted to eat they'd have to deal with it, and I'm so lucky, they stepped up and did the whole Christmas dinner. it's what family is about! #Post#: 19631-------------------------------------------------- Re: TGIF By: SherrieScraps Date: December 29, 2012, 2:33 pm --------------------------------------------------------- Peggy, hope you feel better fast! Headaches are not fun! Tania, I love to shovel snow and usually go out and start when it's about 3-4 inches. I find it's good exercise and since my driveway is about 50 feet long it takes me about an hour. If it's still coming down, I go out again.... and again..... lol. Luckily, my driveway is paved so it's easy to shovel (as long as it's not icy). I live on a back road so am usually the last one to be plowed when we have a major storm. Love the Blitz challenge Barb, hope to get to it today! *****************************************************
