Unbelievable!

So...I'm not an ebay expert, but there are some things that
should be sacred...imo...
If you bid on an item, you should be willing to pay if you win,
right?
I had my last cartridge listed. Priced it too high the first
time and it didn't sell. Changed the pricing re-listed and
someone won the bid. After the item closes, she sends me a note
saying she thought it go higher and already got one. So she
won't be purchasing mine, so can I cancel the transaction.
REALLY?! Are you kidding me? Sheesh....So I did some research
and replied back no! Yes, I could cancel the transaction if I
thought she had a "legitimate reason" for cancelling. Multiple
bidding is not legitimate reason to me. If you bid and
win...you pay! That is how the system works.
Looks like I'll have to open an unpaid item case on her.

Can't you report her? Or go to the next person. Sadly, I'm not
up on ebay. I always lose my shirt. SO I gave it up.

Ohhh hell no.. she needs to pay for it... you can't do that..
anytime I bid on cartridges, I bid one at the time... for the
same item that is...

I know right...what the bleep was she thinking.
I cannot report her until Wednesday...4 days after it closes.
I just wanted this to be done. This is my last cart to sell
too. I wish I didn't need to go through all this.
