WHEN you first started scrapbooking where did you get your
information and how did you learn to put a page together or did
you just instinctively know??? I found that graphic designers
had an edge on all of us.

On the very first book I did I listened to my step daughter who
knew less than me. LOL!!! I promptly purchased $200 of all the
wrong things and no longer have.
I then started recording all the scrapbooking shows on DIY with
Sandi Genovese and copying them and poring over the mags out at
the time. THen I worked at a SB shop, toook and then taught SDU.
I didn't instinctively know.

I started out with CM then I started reading magazines watching
DIY ect....

Same as Barb! CM, magazines and tv! Funny thing is, with us
living so far apart, neither knew the other was a
scrapbooker!!!! And we got into it in the same manner!

found on-line message boards, challenges, etc.
