I mostly start with the photo/photos and the I begin picking out
the papers. I love the way I can ruffle through my papers and
toss them all out and go from there.

I start with the pic then just play around with it (without
adhering) until I like it or sort of like it.

I too start with a photograph, unless there is a paper I want to
play with then I get the paper and look for the photo.

Picture first some times paper first if I am doing a challenge
and I will look for the photo as I go....

I don't. I pick my pics/papers and just start cutting and
sticking. I MAY start out with a sketch.

Photos first and then paper. Sometimes I have a sketch and
sometimes I don't. I go from there. If there's a new technique
I wanna try, I do that first and then plan the page around it.
