       Hit the ground running. Both rentals have ISSUES. sigh. I'd
       really like to gut one and make it really cute but the peeps in
       there may not appreciate all the mayhem. LOL!! I KNOW what its
       like. Got a dr. appt for my knee and wouldn't you know its been
       feeling better.  :-\ Ain't that the way it always happens.
       Hoping to be somewhat creative. Working on a new website - what
       a PIA that was. 4 flippin times on a redo. grrr..... but I gots
       it now.

       downside there is no way to comment on it YET. I love comments
       they make me swoon. so that is a bummer. but i'll figure it out.

       Good morning it is a lovely day in Cali just needing a list for
       Michaels and a scrap space we are golden.Looks good Lynn. I am
