       I just recently joined crossfit (my son and his GF are BIG FANS)
       - I'm tired of not being able to bend down and get back up - I'm
       tired of not being able to sit on the fioor and arise without my
       big a$$ being up in the air and looking like a dork. So I'm
       doing something about it.
       It's a tough program. But I love it.

       I walk on purpose LOL I walk about three times a day it isnt far
       but it is so much better than sittiing on my tushy....
