Friday Friday!!!!

Back to the box today - lots of squats - that should help the
ole knees.
Not much going on elsewhere - had dinner with friends last night
who had company and made more friends. It was a fun time and the
food was de-lish!!! I had triple tail which is a white flakey
yummy fish- if you like grouper or mahi - you'll love triple
tail. Pray for my son Shane he soooo needs it.

Lynn will do I am out and about we are at Disney with the DD and
two DGC Tracy has conferences and I am watching Miles we are
going to the playground and pool tomorrow. then to the park.Have
a good day
