MY MIND thinks I am WAY younger than my body allows. So I will
go with the mind. I feel about 35 most days.

Oh in my mind, I am younger than you Resa! lol I still think
of myself as 19, early twenties.... been doing that a LONG time

Nah, teens and twenties was when I did not know anything
important. 30's was the 'knowledge" age for me.
