Tuesday!!!

Didn't sleep well last night. Why? because I forgot to take my
heart meds and it was racing. Sheesh. Which as I write this I
notice I Haven't taken them yet again. DOING IT NOW!! So much
for thinking I can get away with that. All decked out for a
workout. Can't wait. Getting stronger everyday - even the knee
which is kinda twitching. Got some pages done.. Need a title
which surprises you I know. Updated the blog and everything.
LOL!!!!
