Latest UPDATE on my dog, Bomber...

His 2 important numbers both went up about 40 pts. That's not
horrible, but down would have been better. SO, back on
amoxicillin added to the one pill and one vitamin.
The increase in numbers could have been cause by gum disease, so
we are watching that closely. He is also gritting his teeth
quite a bit, so it could all be related.
We are holding off on the bladder stone removal and teeth
cleaning until his liver numbers are stable or if his teeth seem
to be causing problems.
SO, the journey continues. This getting old business is tough,
especially since he has been such a healthy dog for 12 years.

Oh, we also have to start giving him a pain med every day to see
if that will cut down on the teeth gritting. If it does, the
pain is either related to his teeth or arthritis.
