       Gallery tips

The Gallery...is there if you need it. But...we are running a
free board and do not have that much space. So, if you have
posted your layout/card/project somewhere else (photobucket,
facebook, blog, pinterest), please help us out by linking in the
photo! This will be GREATLY appreciated.
To use the gallery, you must create a category under member
galleries. Click on "MyGallery". Once there, click on "Add
Category" that is located under Gallery Admin Panel. Once your
       category is created...click on it.
You will now notice TWO places that say add a picture. One
after the first blue line that looks like a button. AND one
towards the bottom that is under your category and thumbnails of
your photos (once you get some in). You MUST choose the second
one...the one towards the bottom/the darker blue one. That
should eliminate the error of you must choose a category.
Let me know if this helps. If not...send me a pm.

OK, I am going to ask a dumb question, but what exactly do you
mean by "So, if you have posted your layout/card/project
somewhere else (photobucket, facebook, blog, pinterest), please
help us out by linking in the photo!" I have my los uploaded to
photobucket. It has been awhile since I did anything in a
gallery and I forget. Plus, with a limited gallery, are we
doing things differently than we did at STM gallery? Thanks!

       Right...we are doing things different.
If the photo is already up in Photobucket, you can grab the
[img] code from there and just paste it into your post.
       Does that help?

Yes, that works, thanks. I was just drawing a blank. Call it a
       senior moment, I guess! :-[

For challenges do we post in the gallery, or in the forum? I'm
a little confused with the gallery since I see a category that
says "smilies" but that is it. Is there another gallery link
       that I'm missing?

Well...this is a free site and the gallery is limited
space-wise. Most of us came from a site that shut down due to
cost issues. So we decided we would post elsewhere
(photobucket, blogs, etc...) and link up here in the challenge
threads. It is a little non-intuitive, but the worth the $$
       savings.
Sorry for the confusion and I hope this helps. If not...ask
       more questions!
