       Six Flags Inc.

Since we have a thread for Cedar Fair itself, it only makes
       sense.

Looks like Six Flags will move to use the former offices of the
       Texas Rangers

Saw a post about that. If it's a cheaper location and gives them
the space they need I say go for it.
Though you would think it would be more cost-effective to build
a small office building Within one of their bigger parks. hell,
SFGAdv has a tone of unused land.

But they still have offices in New York, some it makes some
sense, but no sense at all.

To be honest I forgot about the NY office. which is very
expensive to keep up. They would be better off consolidating all
the offices in one place here costs are more streamlined. if
they build a office near a park I think SFGAdv, SFam, and SFGadv
       have the most unused space.

Wait, Great America near Chicago or America near DC?

Fortune 500 type companies tend to have a presence in NYC which
is the financial capital of the West. So it make sense to be in
the area. In the era of communication it may not be as
important as it was 15 years ago. Still the satellite office in
Texas could be in a park somewhere.

I was listing both as separate options. both of them along with
Great Adventure has a tone of space and could hold an office
       building.

I think this is an interesting theory but I doubt being in NYC
helps in any way. Even if that theory holds water creating a
corporate office on SFGAdv property would be near NYC and within
easy commuting distance of any meetings.

Six Flags has named their new CEO. Hope they stay with Coke in
       the parks!
