Demented FX is a large scale haunt located in Holyoke
Massachusetts.
The haunt features 2 attractions The haunt and a Special effects
sim located outside of the haunt.

I was reading about this haunt and it looked awesome. I didn't
manage to get to it this year, but hopefully next year! Your
trip report made it sound even better than expected.

The Sim show is the Meat Tank. didn't scare me at all but I
agree its a lot fo fun.
I agree this haunt gets 5 out of 5. an easy hit after SFNE.
There were so many things worth talking about but I didn't want
to spoil anything. The puppets are amazing and I saw that they
were and it did not detract for me since I was so impressed by
them.
I side a bit more on disliking the queue. the first room was
just dull not being all that much into modern rap many of the
videos were not of interest. The crashed plane made the second
queue area much more exciting and help build up a bit of
excitement but after 30+ minutes of queue and music, a second
room with more is a bit offputting.
I also wish they worked something out to arrange parking. I
parked a block or so away in a school parking lot and walked
back to the haunt.

Parking does suck for sure! but i enjoy the place, I do hoe they
change some stuff around, great haunt, just hope for something
different and they have the talent, know how to be able to
change it up! I do love the story line and it flows pretty damn
good and isn't it weird that with all the puppets and
animatronics that it doesn't take away form the haunt, they
seems well placed to fit the story lol which is pretty awesome!

I would imagine some of the puppets would be easy relocations.
I agree they don;t seem out fo place and are part of the
themeing inted of simply being there.

Given the 2 waiting areas for queues can see why, But the
attraction, in general, would have been one of the safer ones
out there given the separation they have with groups.

Yeah i wish more haunts had it set up the way they do for
distancing, but sometimes things happen like 2020 and its how
tis supposed to be i guess!
