Because its opening keeps getting pushed back, I'm planning on
going for my 20th in late February 2020.

American Dream including the Nickelodeon Park has now announced
a firm opening date of October 25. Of course it remains to be
seen if all 5 coasters are open from the first day.

I am thinking we will hold off a bit until they work out all the
kinks, and have all the coasters open. A cold day in January
might be good. LOL

The Mall opens 10/25, with stuff opening gradually through

I will admit this is one of the few big things I'm excited
about. the attraction is a bit borderline for a day trip but
since I expect you won't need a full day in the park rea it's
possible.

So the theme park is opening 10/25 even though much of the
complex won't open until later phases in December and March.
The park is selling POP admission for $50 per session with two
sessions per day which is now fully sold out for the first
weekend. Supposedly all 5 coasters will be running on day 1.
They are waiving parking fees for opening weekend but after that
it will be paid parking and if there is an event at Met Life
Stadium the event parking rate will be required.
I am sure it will be chaos at first so I will be happy to wait a
bit. Nickelodeon in Minnesota at Mall of America allows pay per
ride but so far that doesn't seem to be an option in NJ.

It was mentioned that the mall doesn't have everything checked
off for occupancy.

Well this place just went WAY DOWN on my list of places to hit.
Starting Nov 15 the price for a four hour all access session
will increase to $80 per person. To my knowledge they are doing
this even though they still do not have all the rides open
including 3 of the coasters. That money is just insane. Maybe
someday if they get everything open and offer a BOGO or
something but as it is now - No Thanks!!
