       END-USER READING AGREEMENT FOR FORUM REPLIES IMPORTANT PLEASE
       READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS READING AGREEMENT
       CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE READING OF REPLIES: The
       writer's End-User Reading Agreement ("EURA") is a legal
       agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity)
       and the writer, for the writer's post(s) identified above which
       may include associated software components, media, printed
       materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. By reading,
       copying, or otherwise using the post(s), you agree to be bound
       by the terms of this EURA. This reading agreement represents the
       entire agreement concerning the interaction between you and the

       3. TERMINATION

       this EURA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the

       4. COPYRIGHT
       All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to
       the reply and any copies thereof are owned by the writer. All
       title and intellectual property rights in and to the content
       which may be accessed through reading of the reply is the
       property of the respective content owner and may be protected by
       applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and
       treaties. This EURA grants you no rights to use such content.
       All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the writer.
       5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
       In no event shall the writer be liable for any damages
       (including, without limitation, hurt feelings, misleading
       information, grammar errors) rising out of the authorized
       readers' reading of or inability to read the post, even if the
       writer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In
       no event will the writer be liable for hurt feelings or for
       indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages
       based in contract, tort or otherwise. The writer shall have no
       liability with respect to the content of the reply or any part
       thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions
       contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity,
       privacy, trademark rights, personal feelings, loss of privacy,

       What? You'vent seen a variation of EULA ever before? ;p
       The section no. 5 is my absolute favourite.

       Mind you, I don't own the basic EULA format, I only have the
       right of creating one. Thus I'm not responsible for 99% of the
       words it includes.

       THAT'S a long joke, when i have more time i'll try to read all
       of it. By the way, i won't understand 90% of it without google
       translator. I didn't know there was that much of english words
       that i didn't know :P.
