We were both shocked at how much G liked them. DH loved them. I dipped the chicken tenders in egg then coated them in the bread crumb mixture. The bread crumb mix was just 2T of vegetable oil mixed with 1/2 c of bread crumbs. I only had plain bread crumbs so I added garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix the crumbs with the oil to make a crumbly texture. We had about tenders and I had to add a lit extra bread crumb so I'll probably start with a little more next time. I would think you could make a double batch and freeze them for easy dinners. We cooked them for 12 minutes on 350 and they were cooked but juicy. I'll have to keep that in mind for the fries. We used fresh potato. Do you use frozen fries? I want to try them.
Did you use frozen chicken tenders? I always cook the fries at 10 degrees hotter and five minutes longer than the air fryer directions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
#Post#: 22635-------------------------------------------------- Re: Monday night dinner 6/18 By: guest46 Date: June 19, 2018, 5:42 pm --------------------------------------------------------- Frozen Popcorn shrimp in the air fryer is yummy ***************************************************** (DIR) Previous Page (DIR) Next Page
