       i have had a look on here but could not find anything, so before
       i start a thread, is there already one started about customer
       feedback.
       good and bad experiences from suppliers, dealers etc etc. as
       good word never seems to spread, and any bad service should be
       highlighted so others can avoid the same situation.
       nothing slanderous, just an honest apprasal of your experiences.
       what do you think?
       we do this on another forum i am on, (for my classic car i have)
       and it really works, it has improved some suppliers and it has
       saved others from wasting money or time with the same problems

       I think it's a topic that needs careful consideration. I've
       always been very cautious of publicly putting down a dealer
       because negative press can be really tough on a business and
       often it's only based on one experience. Other people's ideas
       may vary. What I will do though is make my positive experiences
       very clear.

       We have to be careful of what we say as njc said. there are only
       a handfull of dealers out there. I've had a bad experiance with
       one dealer who is a muppet but I know many people will have
       nothing but praise for him
